These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of triptrike.com, including purchases made through the TripTrike online store. By using the store, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked below.

Store operator and platform

The online store operates under the trading name TripTrike and is hosted on Shopify. Shopify and the payment provider selected at checkout provide parts of the ecommerce, account, and payment infrastructure.

Eligibility and customer accounts

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement in your location. You are responsible for providing accurate information and for activity associated with your email-based Shopify customer account. Do not share one-time authentication codes.

Products and availability

We aim to describe and display products accurately. Colors, scale, and appearance may vary by device or manufacturing update. Product availability can change, and we may limit quantities or discontinue a product when reasonably necessary.

Orders, prices, and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when payment is authorized and the order is confirmed for processing. Prices, currency, available discounts, shipping charges, duties, and taxes are shown at checkout before payment. We may cancel or contact you about an order affected by a pricing error, suspected fraud, unavailable inventory, or an invalid delivery address.

Returns and refunds

Return eligibility, request deadlines, return shipping responsibility, and refund timing are governed by the Return and Refund Policy. Contact support before sending any item.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the store, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy content unlawfully, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent information, violate another person's rights, or use the services for an unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The TripTrike brand presentation, original site content, graphics, and layout are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party product names, marks, software, and media remain the property of their respective owners.

Third-party services and links

The store may link to or rely on third-party services such as Shopify, payment providers, carriers, analytics providers, or social platforms. Their services and privacy practices are governed by their own terms. TripTrike is not responsible for an unrelated third-party website solely because the store links to it.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the store and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every display or third-party service will be error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies, or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Where liability may be limited, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Termination

We may restrict access or cancel an order when reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security, legal requirements, or a material breach of these Terms. Obligations that by their nature continue after termination remain in effect.

Governing rules and consumer rights

These Terms are interpreted under the laws applicable to the store's operations, without removing mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live. Before starting a formal dispute, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue.
