What TripTrike is
TripTrike is a small US-registered online shop selling watches, jewelry and fashion accessories — the kind of pieces you actually wear on an ordinary Tuesday, not the ones that live in a drawer waiting for an occasion.
How we choose what to sell
We don't manufacture. We buy from established manufacturing partners in Asia, mostly in Guangdong, Fujian and Zhejiang — the same factories that produce for brands you already own. Before a piece goes on the site we check four things:
- Materials that hold up. Stainless steel and 18K gold plating rather than raw brass; mineral or sapphire-coated crystals rather than acrylic; PU and leather with a stitched, not glued, edge.
- It has to be its own design. We don't list copies of other brands' watches or jewelry, and we don't put anyone else's logo on anything. If a design is a direct imitation of a well-known model, we skip it — however well it sells.
- Honest photography. The photos on a product page show the item you'll receive, in the finish you'll receive.
- A price that makes sense. We price for a working margin, not for an invented “original price” with a red line through it. You won't find fake discounts here.
Where the parcels come from
We're honest about this because it changes how long you wait. TripTrike is based in California, but orders are packed and dispatched by our manufacturing partners' fulfilment facilities — so a parcel often begins its journey outside the US. Standard delivery is 7–12 business days end to end, expedited is 3–6. Those are the real numbers, and any import duty is paid by us, never by you. Full detail is on the Shipping Policy page.
If something goes wrong
You have 30 days from delivery to return anything unworn, watches carry a 12-month movement warranty, and jewelry carries a 90-day warranty on plating and clasps. Damaged or wrong items are replaced or refunded in full, including shipping, at no cost to you. See Returns & Refunds.
