These Terms of Service govern your use of triptrike.com and purchases from TripTrike. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Store and eligibility

TripTrike operates this online store using Shopify. You must be legally able to enter a purchase agreement in your location. Information you provide at checkout must be current and accurate.

2. Product information

We sell electric shavers, grooming tools, and related items. Product features, materials, included accessories, waterproof ratings, charging requirements, and instructions vary by model. Review the specific product page and included instructions before ordering or use. Images are provided to help identify products, but screen settings can affect color appearance.

3. Prices, taxes, and payment

The product price, applicable discount, shipping charge, tax, currency, and order total are shown at checkout before an order is placed. Prices and availability may change before purchase. Payment methods can include major cards and eligible digital wallets, but the exact options available to each customer are the methods shown by Shopify checkout.

Checkout is processed securely by Shopify and the applicable payment provider. TripTrike does not display or store a customer's full card number on this storefront. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected method.

4. Order acceptance, verification, and cancellation

An order confirmation means we received the order; it does not guarantee acceptance or shipment. We may verify an order and may refuse or cancel it for reasons such as suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing or inventory error, an unsupported destination, or inability to fulfill. If TripTrike cancels a paid order, the amount collected for that order will be refunded to the original payment method.

Customers should request a cancellation or address change as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee a change after processing begins or the order ships. See our Return and Refund Policy for the current cancellation and return process.

5. Customer accounts

You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address and authentication method used for a customer account. Do not misuse another person's account. Contact us if you believe an account or order has been accessed without authorization.

6. Shipping, delivery, and returns

Available destinations, shipping charges, processing information, tracking, customs responsibilities, and delivery guidance are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.

Return eligibility, exceptions for used personal-care goods, return shipping responsibility, refunds, and exchanges are described in our Return and Refund Policy. These policies form part of these terms.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity; submit false information; introduce malicious code; scrape or interfere with the site; attempt unauthorized access; or infringe another person's rights.

8. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the TripTrike name, original site design, text, graphics, and other original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. They may not be copied, distributed, or commercially reused without permission. Product names and marks belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Service availability and warranties

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but temporary errors, interruptions, or updates can occur. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site is provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these terms excludes a product warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TripTrike is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the site or a product. Nothing in these terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Severability and applicable law

If part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the transaction and do not remove mandatory protections available to a consumer in their place of residence.

12. Changes

We may update these terms when the store, services, or legal requirements change. The current version and last-updated date will remain available on this page.
